Industry Solution

For natural fibres that are sustainable and comfortable to wear.

KLEIN develops systems for the cottonisation of natural fibres, thereby laying the foundations for their commercial use in the textile industry.

Through specially tailored mechanical processing methods, fibres such as hemp, flax and other natural fibres are separated and their structure is modified in such a way that they acquire processing properties similar to those of cotton. The cottonised fibres can then be processed on existing spinning and textile machinery or blended with cotton and synthetic fibres. This results in sustainable raw materials for high-quality yarns, fabrics and technical textiles. KLEIN offers customised plant designs for this purpose, which ensure consistently high fibre quality and efficient production processes.
