Modern core production requires mixers that offer maximum mixing intensity, high mixing capacity, low binder consumption, and minimal cleaning and maintenance requirements.

The STATORMIX represents the state of the art in core sand mixing technology and is suitable for all common core-making processes, such as cold-box, inorganic, hot-box, warm-box, etc.

With its vertical drum, the STATORMIX offers a proven and efficient mixing principle with high mixing intensity. The high mixing intensity results from the intensive, three-dimensional movement of the sand in a two-chamber system with interposed stators.

The use of wear-resistant materials ensures a long service life for the mixing jacket and mixing tools during continuous operation. The combination of scrapers on the mixing tool and in the mixing jacket, along with air nozzles integrated into the mixing tool, reduces the need for manual cleaning to a minimum.

The front cover can be fully opened and swung aside, providing easy access to the entire interior of the mixer.
