ROTAREG®
Cold-resin-bonded sands can be mechanically regenerated. The sand recovered using standard single-stage mechanical regeneration systems can be reused to a large extent. The proportion of recycled sand in the molding sand can be significantly increased by using a second regeneration stage, thereby reducing the amount of new sand required. The compact ROTAREG regeneration unit combines a centrifugal cleaner and a fluidized-bed classifier with an intermediate pneumatic conveyor.
